Cool-Season Crops

Romanesco

A striking lime-green cauliflower with a mild, nutty flavour. One of the most unusual and beautiful vegetables in the garden.

Lime

Fresh limes grown in Murgon without harmful chemicals. Great for cooking, drinks and preserving.

Spring Onion

Fast-growing alliums that add fresh flavour to salads, stir-fries and countless everyday meals.

Salad Turnip

Crisp, sweet and mild, salad turnips can be eaten raw, roasted or added to stir-fries. Delicious enough to snack on straight from the garden.

Golden Beetroot

A golden-coloured beetroot with the same sweet earthy flavour as traditional beetroot, but without the deep red staining. Excellent roasted or grated fresh into salads.

Coloured Cauliflower

A vibrant purple cauliflower that stands out in both the garden and the kitchen. Mild, sweet and versatile.
