If you are unhappy with the quality of an item you have purchased, please get in touch as soon as possible. Refunds, replacements or credit may be offered at Leroyd Street’s discretion where produce is found to be damaged, spoiled or significantly below expected quality at the time of collection.
Because fresh produce is perishable, refunds or replacements cannot be provided for issues arising from improper storage, handling or delays after collection.
Customers are encouraged to check produce at the time of collection and raise any concerns as soon as possible.
If there is a problem with your produce, please contact Leroyd Street within 24 hours of collection and, where possible, include a photo of the item concerned.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Leroyd Street is a small-scale micro-farm and produce availability varies throughout the year.
All produce is offered subject to seasonal availability, harvest conditions and what is ready in the garden. Quantities may be limited.
The Micro-Farm Stand is opened when fresh produce is available. It is not a fully stocked shop.
Priority Harvest Updates provide early notice when fresh produce has been picked and when the stand is open, but they do not guarantee access to specific produce.
Some harvests may sell out quickly. First in. Best fed.
Where produce becomes unavailable due to weather, pests, crop failure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, Leroyd Street may adjust or cancel availability without notice.
